http://www.ucarenya.com/ Sat, 19 May 2012 17:37:10 -0600 FeedCreator 1.7.2-ppt DokuWiki http://www.ucarenya.com/lib/tpl/mea/images/favicon.ico http://www.ucarenya.com/ http://www.ucarenya.com/5_10_incident?rev=1273640993&do=diff 5月10日晚10点左右，我开车回到小区并找到车位停毕。 忽然有一位老先生要求我们挪动车位并宣称我的车停在了其固定车位上。 根据我一年来缴停车费时多次询问物业得到的回答，我告诉老人逸香园小区固定车位全部位于地下停车库，地面并无固定车位，而负责小区管理的能保物业采取先到先得的管理方式，该车位上也没有标明所有者的车牌号。 老人坚称其拥有该处固定停车位并宣称自己是业主委员会成员，要求我移动车位。 我坚持表示其所述与事实不符,不准备再做纠缠。老人要求我和他去物业值班室被我拒绝。 我正要离开时老人随即威胁让我停停看，并重申自己是业主委员会成员且开始恶语相向，出言污秽。 我妻子不堪受辱，上前与其理论，老人继续出言威胁并开始动手推搡我妻子， 我见状情急之下上前踢开老人并保护妻子远离老人，妻子为人善良，惊恐之余仍不忘上前挡在我面前阻止事态恶化。 我考虑到双方发生肢体冲突且对方先动手，就带着妻子与老人一同前往值班室。 老人未向值班人员提及肢体冲突。但值班人员监控的摄像头记录了事件过程。 值班人员再次重申了逸香园小区并无固定停车位，但是也提出了老人入住小区比较早，希望我能够照顾老人。… Tue, 11 May 2010 23:09:53 -0600 http://www.ucarenya.com/about_this_site?rev=1262276542&do=diff This is a Personal Blog/wikki Site of mine.
